Shannon Demma

Shannon is the designer, project manager, and financial whiz. She keeps projects organized and focused while infusing her unique brand of creativity. Shannon Demma’s passion for building and remodeling began when she purchased her first “fixer upper” home in the Santa Cruz Mountains. She worked relentlessly on designing and renovating her home to create a beautiful, relaxing retreat. During this process she met Tony Demma and their interest in creating beautiful, sustainable spaces grew. She joined A D construction in 2005 to assist Tony in the project management and design aspects of the business. Shannon also developed a passion for green building and sustainable design. She has taken numerous courses through the Sustainable Design program at the UC Berkeley extension program. She is also a LEED Accredited Professional. Shannon provides design services that include 3-D renderings, floor plans, elevations, construction plans, design consultation, and permit application and processing. Apart from designing and managing amazing projects, Shannon loves spending time with her family, exploring photography, hiking and spending time with her wonderful community.
