We are currently seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper/ Office Assistant

We are currently seeking a motivated individual for a part-time bookkeeping and office administration position. Job responsibilities include:

  • Payroll and timekeeping/timecard administration
  • Accounts Payable
  • Invoicing
  • Change Orders
  • Estimating
  • Filing
  • Answering phones
  • Keeping th e office organized

Initially we are seeking someone 12-15 hours per week. The schedule is flexible except every other Monday is needed for payroll. Job duties and hours may expand with time and knowledge of job. Ideally this position would evolve into an office manager position.

We are a growing design + build remodeling contractor located in downtown Santa Cruz. We specialize in higher end kitchen and bath remodels as well as additions and whole house remodeling.

Qualifications we are seeking:

  • Ultra organized
  • Knowledgeable of quickbooks and spreadsheets
  • Self Motivated and flexible
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Computer savvy (you feel at ease working over the cloud, digitally and via email).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of architectural/construction industry a plus

We are currently seeking a Journeyman Carpenter.

We are a remodeling contractor specializing in additions and whole house remodels. Our projects range from large additions, whole house remodels, kitchens, bathrooms and decks. Many of our projects are creative, high-end renovations. A website link is included to our projects.

We are seeking a full-time, skilled carpenter for framing to finish work, including framing for remodels/additions, installation of cabinetry, trim, siding, decks and more. This is a permanent long term employment opportunity - we are seeking someone who wants to grow with our company long term.

Candidates must have the following qualifications:
*Knowledge and experience of rough and finish carpentry (framing, trim, cabinetry installation, siding, and decks are all desirable).
*Tools and truck
*Ability to lift 50lbs.
*Clean, professional appearance
*Good communication skills
